| UNIC Jakarta took part in the Strategic communication workshop for Asia and the Pacific. The event was part of an initiative by DPI to increase the capability of its staff and the Centre to promote the works and programmes of the United Nations in their country. | Second Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, Nusa Dua - Bali 28 January - 1 Feberuary 2008 | |
| UNIC Jakarta assisted the United Nations Convention Against Corruption on the Second Session of the Conference of the States Parties. Part of the task taken by UNIC Jakarta involved media accreditation, providing various information to the participants, delegations and the media. During the Convention, UNIC Jakarta displayed a showcase featuring all major publications on corruption and also assisted the participants and delegates in distributing their materials and assisted UNODC is preparing a daily press conference.
